The Chapel Bar Christmas Parties

Don’t let your Corporate Christmas Party Crash.

So it’s time to start planning for your Corporate Christmas Party. Instead of giving yourself a headache, you can follow our easy-to-digest guide to party planning. Alternatively, why not let someone else do most of the leg-work for you. This month we have provided you with our run down of some of the most important party planning must-haves to make your Corporate Christmas party the talk of the office, well into January. It doesn’t have to be a bore to get your event underway; and it will be totally worth the forward planning.

Guest List

You may not need a guest list if you are throwing a free-for-all, boozy office Christmas party. Everyone will no doubt be invited along for the ride. But for a more formal affair and on the basis of a book-your-place party, having a guest list to hand can be a godsend. Guest lists can help you to organise seating plans, space requirements and travel; and can also help you to keep track of any special dietary needs when you are in the midst of your party planning. They are also important to help compose your invites and ensure that you don’t forget anyone; as well as to keep track of who is attending, as your RSVP’s come flooding in from all different angles. The guest list has of course got the potential to change as the date draws closer, so keep these to hand for editing, as and when needed.

Planning

Planning the Night

Advanced planning is a must for any event or party. Deciding on the timings of different aspects of your night will help things run smoothly and ensure that nothing is forgotten. It also comes in handy for ensuring that everyone gets the most that they can out of your corporate Christmas party – or any party for that matter. You may have some guests who would love to join you for a sit down meal, but cannot make the entire evening; and others who would rather pop along for a good old knees-up later in the night. Providing a basic schedule will make sure that everyone has the chance to be included in your celebrations in a way that suits you and them.

Our reviews

What a great night. Everything went brill! Your staff were superb. Completely unobtrusive but they managed to be very attentive at the same time. The food was great and the drinks flowed. Having the license for the balcony until 1 am was amazing. Everyone commented on what a great venue we had chosen so I can't recommend it is highly enough. Once again, many, many thanks.

Great Success. Very helpful staff, very friendly security (this isn't very common) and everyone was really accommodating. I would highly recommend.

We have received loads of excellent feedback about the venue, food and staff. Thank you so much for making our night such a memorable experience.
